hlw regularly handles transactions with a value in excess of £20m. We have strong links with the Education sector including Further Education Colleges, Universities, and other organisations providing training and education services. hlw regularly provides legal advice relating to property, employees, governance issues, intellectual property, information technology and charity law to the not-for-profit, commercial and government sectors.
hlw is working with other ARIES members to develop integrated due diligence and HR services.
