Pearson Fraser are a firm of Chartered Surveyers who specialise in the provision of property related advice to Public Sector Bodies, and in particular Further Education. Our service provision includes the analysis of existing assets and the preparation of Property / Accomodation Strategies, assistance with funding applications, including those to the Learning and Skills Council, and other potential stakeholder funding. We further supplement the business strategy with various delivery services, such as Project Sponsor, Project Management, Cost Consultancy and Planning Supervision.
We offer a joined up approach, placing process before product, to make sure that property strategies are properly implemented and are relevant to the original business case and statement of need.
